Members and Merchants will not post any messages, images or other content that is defamatory, abusive, profane, obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or in violation of any laws. Unless given the express permission of LeBe Group LLC you may not use City Life Card.com to solicit or conduct business, including the direct or indirect marketing of products, businesses, dealers, websites, services or events, in any manner.
LeBe GroupLLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, reproduce, archive, re-use (without royalty or compensation to you) as promotional material for website any material uploaded onto the website by Merchants and Members, reject, refuse or remove any information (including images) or other content submitted by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the City Life card.com website at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. LeBe Group LLC accepts no responsibility for the opinions and information posted on City Life Card.com by you or other Members and Merchants.
LeBe Group LLC disclaims all warranties with regard to information posted by you or other Members/Merchants on City Life Card.com. In no event shall LeBe Group LLC be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages, or damages of any kind whatsoever, resulting from loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of any information posted on City Life Card.com

Indemnity.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless citylifecard.com , each of their parent and affiliated companies, and each of their respective partners, suppliers, licensors, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, contractors and agents, and sub-licensees from any and all claims (including but not limited to claims for defamation, trade disparagement, privacy and intellectual property infringement) and damages (including attorneys' fees and court costs) arising from or relating to any allegation regarding: (1) your use of citylifecard.com ; (2) citylifecard.com and its owners use of any User Content or information you provide, as long as such use is not inconsistent with this Agreement; (3) information or material provided through your Registration Account, even if not posted by you; and (4) any violation of this Agreement by you.
Modifying these Terms.
Citylifecard.com reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time in its discretion and to notify users of any such changes solely by changing these Terms of Service. Your continued use of Citylifecard.com after the posting of any amended Terms of Service shall constitute your agreement to be bound by any such changes. Your use of this site prior to the time these Terms of Service were posted will be governed according to the Terms of Service that applied at the time of your use.
MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT AND THE SERVICE.
Lebe Group has the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this Agreement or the Service, including the Content of the Service, at any time. Changes in Service will be posted on Citylifecard.com, or sent via e-mail, or postal mail to you. If any portion of this Agreement or any change of this Agreement of the Service is unacceptable to you or will cause you to no longer be in compliance with the Agreement, you may cancel your subscription by emailinginfo@citylifecard.com (See section regarding cancellation of subscription.) Continued use of the Service now or following posted notices of changes in this Agreement, (notice is given by changing the date of last revision), means that you have accepted and are bound by the changes.
Discontinuation of Service.
Citylifecard.com may modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict the use of any portion of Citylifecard.com , including the availability of any portion of the Content at any time, without notice or liability. Citylifecard.com may deny access to any Registered Member or other user at any time for any reason. In addition, Citylifecard.com may at any time transfer rights and obligations under this Agreement to any affiliate, subsidiary or business unit, or any of their affiliated companies or divisions, or any entity that has an ownership stake in Citylifecard.com or any of their assets.
Choice of Law.
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You hereby agree that any cause of action you may have with respect to Citylifecard.com must be filed in a federal or state court located in Annapolis,Maryland.
Statute of Limitations.
You agree to file any claim regarding any aspect of this site or these Terms of Service within six months of the time in which the events giving rise to such claim began, or you agree to waive such claim.
No Class Actions.
You agree no claim subject to these Terms of Service may be brought as a class action.
Severability.
If for any reason any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties as reflected in that provision, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver.
Any failure of Citylifecard.com to enforce or exercise any provision of this Agreement or related right shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Section Titles.
The section titles used in this Agreement are purely for convenience and carry with them no legal or contractual effect.
You must be 18 years or older to subscribe.
You are responsible for all usage or activity on Citylifecard.com via your password account. Distribution of your password to others for access to Citylifecard.com is expressly prohibited and shall constitute a breach of this Agreement. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account, at our sole discretion, and you may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
Termination.
In the event of termination of this Agreement for any reason, you agree the following provisions will survive: the provisions regarding limitations on your use of Content, the license(s) you have granted to Citylifecard.com , and all other provisions for which survival is equitable or appropriate.
2. FEES AND PAYMENTS
2.1 Continuous Service Membership for Merchants. Subscription membership in the Service is on a continuous service basis. This means that once you have become a subscribing member, your subscription will be automatically renewed and your billing choice will be charged based on the subscription program (annual billing after initial cycle will become monthly billing. Billing charges will be processed within 24 hours your order is taken. Except in the case of monthly subscriptions, you will be notified by e-mail 3 days before your subscription will end. You may cancel by email at least two days before the renewal date for the cancellation to be effective or you may cancel at least two days before the renewal date via your MyAccounts page while logged on at Citylifecard.com by following the Cancel Subscription link on that page and following the process there.
2.2 Cancellations. Initial Annual Subscription. An initial annual subscription comes with the option to cancel during the first 7days and receive a full refund, unless the subscription began with a free trial period. (Also, no refund is available in the case of a gift subscription.) The 7 day period begins on the day you register for the subscription Service, which is also the day you are given access to the subscription area of the Service. If you subscribe to the Service following a free or other trial period, that trial period takes the place of the 7 day cancellation period, and once the paid subscription begins, no refund will be provided.
Your cancellation call must be received by end of business (5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time) on the 7th subscription day. Refunds are subject to return of goods. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to reach you or be charged back to your account. All other subscriptions, including monthly subscriptions, quarterly subscriptions, initial annual subscriptions after the 7 days or annual renewals may be canceled by you at any time but no refund will be made for unused subscription periods.
2.3 Subscription costs may be changed by Citylifecard.com at any time and each renewal of your subscription will be at the then standard renewal cost for the period that you originally selected when you started service.
Conflicts.
In the case of a conflict between these terms and the terms of any electronic or machine readable statement or policy (for example, a P3P electronic privacy policy), these Terms of Service shall control. Similarly, in case of a conflict between these terms and our Privacy Policy, these Terms of Service control.
